What It Is

The Aberdeen Fire Code (AMC 15.70) is enforced by the Aberdeen Fire Department and was adopted to promote the health, safety and welfare of occupants or users of buildings and structures and the general public.

Aberdeen has adopted the 2015 Edition of the International Fire Code (IFC), by chapter 51-54A WAC, as amended by this chapter and including all of IFC chapter 5, Section 503 and Appendices B, C, D, H, I, J and K.
